American Driver offers new CDL graduates a structured start on a dedicated regional route with a 4–6 week paid training program alongside an experienced trainer. After training, drivers move into full solo earnings with guaranteed miles, home time, and a regional planner focused on success.
The program includes guaranteed $850/week during training, solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM (rising to $0.64 CPM), weekly averages around $1,400–$1,500, and a $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for the first 3 months
