** The Shipping & Receiving function supports distribution and warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and delivery of materials that support business and production requirements. This team plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational efficiency through the coordination of inbound and outbound material flow.
This position is based at the Rice Creek facility and is an onsite role. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and distributing materials to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role coordinates inbound shipments, maintains inventory accuracy through system transactions, and ensures materials are available to meet production and operational requirements while adhering to safety and quality standards.  
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
* Inspect inbound materials for damage, quantity variances, and quality concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.
* Enter receiving and inventory transactions accurately within inventory management systems.
* Investigate and coordinate resolution of shipment discrepancies with suppliers and internal business partners.
* Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production schedules and operational requirements.
* Operate approved material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, in accordance with established procedures.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, material movement, and transaction processing.
* Follow all safety, quality, regulatory, and housekeeping requirements to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
