BIG - Brock Insurance Group, LLC. in Friendswood, Texas, is looking for an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a Full-Time Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will manage accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by servicing and managing a book of Personal lines accounts.

The Account Manager will manage client communications, nurture key relationships, keep track of all necessary documentation, help clients understand their coverage, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems.

• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
• Cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
• Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.

• Current property & casualty insurance license required.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detailed, organized with great time management skills.
