Customer Supply Chain Analyst – Ops Team

Supply Chain – Shared Service Centre

About the role

As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you will work with Order Management colleagues to complete tasks across different countries and provide outstanding service. You will apply Lean methodology and tools to improve and standardise processes and use SAP scripting technology to create additional automation opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other customer supply chain team members, Marketing department, local countries and managers to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders.
  • Process sample/broker orders and manage truck overflows in accordance with country‑specific procedures.
  • Use automation tools to drive current CFS processes and identify new automation opportunities.
  • Create accurate monthly metrics.
  • Improve capacity and drive efficiency by simplifying and standardising processes & procedures across multiple countries.
Experience you’ll bring
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and an analytical mindset
  • Fluent in an EU language (ideally German, French, Dutch or Italian)
