The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the department, supporting the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team. In turn the ward will provide a supportive development environment for the successful candidate including access to relevant leadership programmes, clinical skills and training. There will be opportunity to lead quality‑improvement work.
