Job Overview
You’ll receive industry‑leading training to equip you with in‑depth knowledge of our bespoke living space and conservatory products; you’ll be proud of our products and confident in presenting them to customers using your existing and growing sales abilities.
Responsibilities- Follow up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes.
- Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand customers’ requirements and design preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on conservatory options, materials, and design possibilities.
- Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Educate customers about our products and services, think on your feet, and cross‑sell other products where appropriate.
We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Conservatory Sales Executives to join our team.
Requirements- A driven and customer‑oriented sales professional with a passion for design and the ability to create bespoke solutions.
- Self‑motivated and confident communicating with a wide range of customers at a senior level.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to translate customer preferences into bespoke conservatory plans using CAD.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Proven sales and negotiation experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
- Consistently high level of customer service.
- Experience with in Home Improvements or a similar industry (ideal).
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
