About the roleWe are looking for a superstar National Account Manager to manage our Asda & Morrisons business. You will be part of the UK Grocery team within the UK Sales team and will formally report to the Channel Controller – Grocery based in Frimley.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a customer growth strategy, identifying opportunities and creating winning plans that drive sustainable results.
- Own and execute annual business plans, delivering sales, profit, ROI, distribution and growth targets.
- Lead customer negotiations, including trade terms, pricing and promotional plans, to maximise value for both the customer and LSB.
- Manage the account fundamentals with excellence, including forecasting, financial planning, performance tracking and reporting.
- Build strong partnerships internally and externally, influencing stakeholders and aligning teams behind customer plans.
- Champion the values and culture of LSB, sharing best practices and contributing to the success of the wider sales team.
- Solid Account Management experience within FMCG/Grocery, with a track record of delivering growth.
- Proven experience building and executing annual customer business plans, including negotiations and commercial delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing a P&L and using data and insights to drive performance.
- Excellent relationship‑building, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A confident storyteller and presenter, able to turn insights into compelling customer propositions.
- A proactive, resilient and ambitious mindset, with the drive to achieve stretching targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- A passion for purpose‑led brands and sustainability, combined with a hands‑on approach and bias for action.
