They are now looking to add a Senior Bookkeeper to strengthen their accounting and client support function.

This is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, values accuracy, and likes working closely with small business owners without the pressure, chaos, or burnout that can come with larger firms.

• Strong use of Quick Books with systems that actually work

• Full cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of small business clients
• Month end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Working closely with CPAs and tax staff to ensure clean records
• Supporting clients with day to day Quick Books questions and clean ups
• Playing a key role in maintaining high standards across bookkeeping

• Solid bookkeeping experience, ideally within a CPA firm or public accounting
• Strong hands on experience with Quick Books Online
• Confidence working directly with business owners
• Someone reliable, detail focused, and comfortable with ownership
