Senior Accountant

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Accountant for a rapidly growing, multi-site specialty manufacturer based in the Frisco area.

Join a growing corporate accounting team supporting financial close, consolidations, and reporting across multiple entities. This role is ideal for an accountant with strong consolidation experience who enjoys solving complex accounting issues and partnering across the business.

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and related reporting.
• Manage complex accounting areas, including acquisitions, leases, debt, equity transactions, and technical accounting matters.
• Research accounting guidance and assist with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to consolidations and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus.
• Experience in multi-entity environments with intercompany accounting and consolidations.
• Public accounting and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with acquisition accounting and technical accounting research.
• Exposure to multinational operations and ERP/consolidation systems.
• Manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, or similarly complex operating environments.
