Executive Assistant to Realtor (Part-Time, In-Office)
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 15–20 hours/week), with a plan to transition to Full-Time by end of year
Pay: $15/hour
About the Role: A real estate professional based out of the Compass Frisco office is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy residential real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident juggling multiple priorities, while keeping communication, scheduling, and transaction logistics running smoothly.
This position is currently part-time, but we are hiring with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role by the end of the year for the right person.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, inbox management, and calendar coordination
- Book and coordinate appointments with clients, vendors, and agents, and keep timelines on track
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and agents, delivering professional, timely communication
- Support real estate transaction logistics from contract to close (admin and coordination support), including document organization, deadline tracking, and follow-ups
- Assist with listing and marketing support, including:
- Posting and coordinating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)
- Helping organize property marketing tasks and open house prep
- Coordinating flyers, sign placement, and basic promotional materials
- Maintain organized digital files, CRM updates, task tracking, and process checklists
- Support office-based operations at the Frisco location, including occasional errands and coordination as needed
- Licensed or unlicensed, either is fine
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills, professional writing, and comfort on the phone
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, follow checklists, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable posting on social media and supporting basic content coordination
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn systems quickly (Google Workspace, Docu Sign, CRM tools, Canva are a plus)
- High attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and a proactive mindset
- Must be able to work in-office in Frisco, TX
- Consistent part-time hours now, with clear growth path to full-time by end of year
- Work in a collaborative Compass office environment
- Clear systems, templates, and structure, with room to grow responsibilities
