- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order and track parts.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Assist in tracking program progress and deadlines.
- Support coordination between teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the CEO to support company operations.
- Assist with research, data collection, and other tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for business development activities, including drafting proposals or coordinating meetings.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of corporate administrative experience supporting senior executives
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or a related industry is a plus
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication, including managing calendars, correspondence, and stakeholder interactions
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
