Develop and maintain administrative process to achieve organizational objectives as well as to improve accuracy and efficiency. Establish positive working relationships with all levels of organizations (internal and external)

• Professionally interact with all internal and external personnel
• Maintain company roster and update with changes daily.
• Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Notify employees of incoming packages
• Organize and maintain files and records. Compose and edit confidential correspondence and reports
• Plan and coordinate internal meetings, off-site events
• Order supplies and keep kitchen and copy room stocked.
• Empty Dishwasher, clean counters and stock fridge each day.
• Oversee and update calendar maintenance and appointment scheduling
• Arrange conference rooms and facilities for meetings as required.
