What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee the renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, supporting pricing and negotiation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms align with customer value realization
  • Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
  • Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral
