- Lead and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee the renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting
- Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, supporting pricing and negotiation strategies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure renewal timing and commercial terms align with customer value realization
- Maintain visibility into renewal performance and ensure CRM accuracy and reporting integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
- Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and oral
- Leadership mindset with a focus on team development
- Commercial expertise in pricing, negotiation, and recurring revenue models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision‑making
- Experience in driving process improvements and operational consistency
- A collaborative approach to building partnerships across departments
