Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation’s most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We’re looking for a Community Operations Manager to join our team in Frisco, Texas. This role is responsible for the operational details that keep a large-scale community running well—from community governance and landscape management to vendor relationships, contracts, maintenance, financial oversight, and resident communication.
This is an opportunity for someone who notices the details, takes ownership through resolution, and understands that strong community operations require both sound business judgment and strong relationships. You’ll work closely with residents, vendors, contractors, board members, and internal partners to protect the community’s physical and financial health while creating a responsive, well-managed experience for the people who call it home.
If you’re highly organized, financially aware, comfortable managing competing priorities, and believe governance works best through education, communication, collaboration, and mutual respect, we’d love to meet you.
Why People Choose CohereThe best communities are built by people who feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. That’s why we invest in benefits, time away, and professional growth that help our team members thrive both personally and professionally.
