Heritage Learning Academy is a licensed childcare center seeking Assistant Teachers to support the following age group:

• Toddlers

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass all background checks.
• Previous childcare experience is a plus.

Required shift:
Monday - Friday, 2:00am - 6:00pm.

Compensation: $16-17 per hour, based on education and experience.

• Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
• Take initiative, accept constructive criticism and feedback, and make improvements for the betterment of the program.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establish a professional rapport with each family to provide quality care.
• Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
