We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join a dynamic team and support the successful delivery of multifamily construction projects. This position plays a key role in managing subcontractors, assisting the lead superintendent, and ensuring quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Important:
The client will only consider candidates with proven Podium experience and an employment record that demonstrates completion of Podium projects.
- Manage subcontractors and assist the lead superintendent with overall job workflow.
- Communicate key project information to the lead superintendent, general superintendent, governing authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the project schedule.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, including photos and descriptions of work in progress.
- Enforce quality compliance and company standards at all stages of the project.
- Multifamily construction experience:
Must have completed several Class A multifamily projects of similar size and complexity as an Assistant Superintendent. - Podium experience:
Ideally, candidates will have completed several podium-type multifamily projects of similar size and complexity. - Strong understanding of construction management fundamentals, project processes, and trade scopes.
- Ability to read and interpret all project documents accurately.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Residency near Frisco, TX (recent local experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
