As we continue to innovate and grow, we’re looking for a creative, strategic leader to join our team as Social Media Lead, a key role guiding our short-form and platform-native content across social channels.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and creative leader to own and evolve Dude Perfect’s social media presence across all platforms. As Social Media Lead, you’ll guide the vision, voice, and strategy behind our short-form and native platform content, shaping how we show up on Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts, and beyond.

You’ll bring structure, insight, and creative excellence to a growing social team and everything we post. From launching new series and testing trends to driving measurable audience growth, this role sits at the heart of how we connect with fans in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall social media strategy for Dude Perfect across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging - platforms

- Develop and pitch creative ideas, from recurring series to timely, trend-based content, and guide them from concept to post

- Drive audience growth, engagement, and retention through a mix of platform-native strategy and editorial instinct

- Oversee content calendars and publishing cadence, balancing planned campaigns with reactive, real-time content

- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep our content fresh and competitive

- Use analytics and performance data to refine strategy, identify what’s working, and double down on high-performing formats

- Oversee a small team of social media coordinators, videographers, and publishers

- Manage external freelancers, agencies, or contractors as needed

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience leading social content and strategy at a brand, media company, or creator-driven organization

- Prior experience leading a small team of social media professionals required

- A strong creative point of view and clear understanding of what makes content entertaining, shareable, and relevant

- Expertise across short-form platforms, with a clear understanding of what works where (Tik Tok vs. Reels vs. Shorts, etc.)

- Experience working with on-camera talent or creative teams

- A passion for storytelling and a drive to create new, unexpected moments for fans

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple content streams at once

- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

- Excitement for Dude Perfect’s brand, values, and audience

- Background in content production, scripting, or directing social-first content preferred

- Experience working in entertainment, sports, or youth-focused brands preferred

- Prior experience managing freelance creators or social agencies preferred
