Senior Graphic Designer

We're a contract team in Frisco, TX that treats a Senior Graphic Designer like an author, not an asset, with $84,000 - $123,000 and the room to prove it. Take ownership, lean on your 6 years of Lottie, and earn $84,000 - $123,000 as part of a team that grows with you.

• Keep the innovative brand promise intact while every channel demands its own dialect
• Pressure-test headlines against real audience reactions before anything goes live
• Write, edit, and shape copy that reflects Strategic Consulting Inc's voice and values
• Test and optimize creative variations through A/B experiments
• Build and maintain a cohesive brand identity across every customer touchpoint
• Bridge the Design Sprints vision and the Leadership reality without breaking either
• Translate dense product specs into visuals a tired commuter grasps instantly

• A history of leaving creative processes better than you found them
• 6+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illnesses
• Real Goal Setting chops, plus the Typography curiosity to keep growing
• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support senior teammates
