We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Member Services Representative to join our team at Absolute Recomp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our facility during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities- Monitor and secure the facility during overnight hours
- Greet and assist members with any inquiries or concerns
- Handle member check-ins and sign-ups
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to work overnight hours
