Heart Beats Gala:
Guest Assistance and Greeter
The Living for Zachary Heart Beats Gala is our largest annual fundraising event held each February during American Heart Month. This volunteer group will greet guests and must be 18 years+.
Each year, the Heart Beats Gala hosts businesses and community leaders, physicians, and members of the medical community, and Living for Zachary supporters.
Must be 18 years+ to volunteer.
Responsibilities- Greet guests in the lobby and direct them to check‑in
- Greet and direct guests to the VIP reception
- Float and help as needed during the event
- Attend 30‑minute Zoom training session prior to the event and 30‑minute day‑of training
- Luxury resort style wear with shoes that accommodate walking and extended standing.
