Customer Service Helper
We're looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our small local team in Frisco. This role involves helping customers by answering calls and emails, solving basic issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll do:- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat
- Help solve simple problems and direct customers to the right place
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Friendly and patient with customers
- Able to work at least 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Prior experience a plus but not required
