Physician - Primary Care/Internal Medicine

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our team. This on-site role may be structured as full-time or part-time. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively with clinical staff.

• Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing learning and quality‑improvement initiatives
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
• Active license to practice medicine in the state of Texas
• Proven experience diagnosing and treating medical conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or a related specialty preferred
