Health Yes Staffing Network is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist for a permanent position with a growing hospital-employed program in Frisco, Texas.
This opportunity provides a $915,000 guaranteed base salary, productivity compensation, schedule flexibility, strong specialty support, and access to one of the country’s fastest-growing metropolitan regions.

Rather than requiring the same schedule every week, the physician may work through flexible clinical blocks, such as:
- Clinic-focused weeks combining consultations and follow-up care
- Procedure-heavy weeks with dedicated endoscopy blocks
- Rotating inpatient consultation coverage

- Opportunities to shape the practice around procedural interests

Scope of Practice- Adult general gastroenterology
- Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
- Colonoscopy and upper endoscopy
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Hepatology
- Gastrointestinal bleeding
- Gastrointestinal malignancies
- Pancreaticobiliary disorders
- Inpatient consultations
- Longitudinal outpatient management
- MD or DO
- Internal Medicine residency
- Gastroenterology fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Strong clinical and procedural judgment
- Ability to collaborate across inpatient and outpatient teams
- Practicing gastroenterologists and graduating fellows considered
- 2027 and 2028 candidates welcomed
ERCP experience is appreciated but is not required for consideration.
