. This onsite position is located in Frisco, TX and offers a strategic opportunity to influence talent development and business growth through engaging, adult-learning focused training programs.
- Lead facilitation of complex training sessions and workshops, leveraging adult‑learning best practices to deliver content that meets specific learning and organizational objectives.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to employees and nurture continuous improvement.
- Partner with the L&D team to review, update, or create new training content based on business processes and learning needs.
- Manage group dynamics to maintain high engagement, foster open discussion, and promote diverse ideas and problem‑solving.
- Minimum two years of progressive onsite classroom training or instructional experience.
- Proficiency in adult learning facilitation techniques such as interactive activities, role‑playing, and case studies.
- Experience conducting training needs analyses, developing action plans, and executing successful programs.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and e‑learning tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to foster a mindset of creative inquiry.
- Capability to lead change initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience with employee engagement strategies to maintain motivation and participation.
- Coaching and mentoring ability within matrixed, non‑reporting relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
- High emotional intelligence, self‑awareness, and professionalism in building credible relationships at all levels.
- Conflict‑resolution skills to mediate and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Adaptability to adjust facilitation style based on evolving group and business needs.
- Analytical proficiency to evaluate training impact and recommend improvements.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Contact center or call‑center training experience.
- Instructional design expertise to create engaging learning experiences.
- Stakeholder collaboration with business leaders and HR partners to develop effective training programs.
- Project management experience leading cross‑functional teams in content design and training facilitation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including project planning and budget execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
