Teaches and facilitates learning for students in a Responsive Education Solutions (Responsive Ed) school, maintaining academic progress, discipline, and records. Works with parents and students to provide and implement individualized education to meet the needs of all students.

• Prefer Highly Qualified (HQ) with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, but not required.
• Graduate degree in a core academic area is an alternative to achieve HQ status, but not required.
• Teacher’s Certification is recommended but not required.
• Teaching experience in a public school is preferred.

• A passion for children.
• Patience and ability to work interactively with children.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state education laws.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and implement teaching curriculum software and instruct students on its use.
• Effective communication with students, parents, staff, and administrators.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Assign lessons and correct homework.
• Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment.
• Set a positive example in the learning center.
• Inspire students to build self-esteem and promote success.
• Use diverse teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.

• Short-term Substitute: $90.00 per day (Non-Degreed), $100.00 per day (Degreed).
• Long-term Substitute: $110.00 per day (Non-Degreed), $120.00 per day (Degreed).
