2 Hour Learning condenses a traditional school day into two hours through AI‑driven, mastery‑based applications. No instructors, no classroom lectures, and accelerated learning results in top 1% academic performance in half the time.

• Reply all new prospect inquiries within 4 hours with tailored, substantive communication.
• Conduct campus tours and enrollment events that demonstrate our instructional model and identify families that will thrive.
• Manage every stage of the admissions process from initial application to enrollment decision conversations and family onboarding.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM and student records for weekly performance review, with focus on Hub Spot.
• Iterate on admissions collateral, SOPs, and FAQs informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics.

• Supervising others – independent contributor.
• Dealing with bureaucratic slowdowns – we operate at startup pace.
• Enrolling every applicant – focus on right fit.
• Defending our unconventional approach – rely on performance data.
• Operating remotely – on‑campus, in‑person with occasional community events.

Take full ownership of the admissions process, continuously refine it to convert qualified prospects into enrolled students, and build a high‑conversion, selective enrollment pipeline that mirrors our 2 Hour Learning model.

• 3+ years of full‑cycle admissions experience at a selective, tuition‑funded academic program.
• Track record of success from initial inquiry through final commitment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with affluent families and sophisticated decision‑makers.
• Operational discipline, including CRM expertise (Hub Spot). Calendar management and precision in execution.
• Current resident or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Background in highly selective K–12 independent schools or competitive university admissions.
• Experience designing high‑engagement, high‑conversion enrollment events.
• Proficiency with analytics, performance tracking, and evidence‑based process improvement.
• Prior exposure to AI‑enhanced or mastery‑based instructional frameworks.

This is a full‑time (40 hrs per week) position. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, $200,000 USD/year, payable weekly. Requires independent contractor agreement with Crossover. Initially available; location as above.
