PD Support Specialist

Lead professional development and on-the-ground implementation support for districts adopting Collej AI.

As a PD Support Specialist, you'll be the educator-in-residence for our partner districts. You'll design and deliver world-class professional development, coach teachers and instructional leaders, and ensure every classroom using Collej AI is set up for measurable student growth. You bring deep K-12 credibility and a builder's mindset — translating research, data, and platform capabilities into practical strategies educators can use Monday morning.

• Design and facilitate engaging professional development sessions (in-person and virtual) for teachers, instructional coaches, and district leaders
• Build implementation playbooks that drive adoption, fidelity, and student outcomes
• Coach educators 1:1 and in PLCs on data-driven instruction using Collej AI insights
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure each district hits its readiness milestones
• Capture educator feedback and channel it into product, content, and curriculum decisions
• Represent Collej AI at conferences, district summits, and partner events

• Extensive background in K-12 education (5+ years preferred)
• Former classroom teacher required
• K-12 leadership experience (instructional coach, principal, district leader)
• Teach For America alumni strongly preferred
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Comfort with edtech platforms and data-driven instruction cycles
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to partner districts

• Experience with TSI, SAT, ACT, or college-readiness assessments
• Background in Texas public education
