Overview

Join a dynamic team as a Product Systems Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative beverage systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead technical projects and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver cutting‑edge products.

Responsibilities
  • Translate consumer and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Design system architectures to ensure product features and functionality are met.
  • Manage subsystem requirements and oversee interfaces between different components.
  • Initiate and guide R&D efforts for new innovations to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and prioritize learning plans to aid decision‑making processes.
  • Conduct risk analysis and create validation plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Lead engineering development using systematic tools like LAMDA/DAMAIC.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to make data‑driven decisions and coach team members.
  • Engage in hands‑on prototyping and testing to ensure product quality.
  • Communicate development progress to senior leadership effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Skills
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with substantial experience in consumer product development.
  • Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Proficiency in statistical software tools such as JMP, Minitab, or R.
  • Advanced skills in 3D modeling, preferably using Solidworks.
  • Strong understanding of systems modeling and finite element methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience leading DFMEA activities and designing validation plans.
  • Proven ability to build prototypes and conduct experimental testing.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 10–20% of the time.
