Assitiant Manager

MANDATORY AVAILABILITY: NIGHT SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS

Slick City Action Park is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our leadership team! The ideal candidate will help oversee daily park operations, support team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests.

• Assist with overseeing daily park operations and ensuring smooth shift execution.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling needs, and team accountability.
• Ensure Park cleanliness, safety procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and help create a positive guest experience.
• Support party operations, sales initiatives, and overall park performance.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure successful shifts.
• Assist with closing duties and end-of-night procedures as needed.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
• Reliable, professional, and willing to lead by example.
• Ability to manage team performance and maintain operational standards.

• Night shifts are mandatory.
• Weekend availability is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available to work both nights and weekends consistently.
• Applicants who cannot meet BOTH availability requirements will not be considered for this position.
