Wealth Management Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Wealth Management Client Relationship Manager at TIAA to partner with Wealth Management Advisors, deepen client relationships, and drive growth through referrals and financial solutions. This role focuses on high‑net‑worth clients, implementing financial plans and coordinating asset consolidation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Operate and lead advisory teams under moderate supervision to help clients achieve financial goals.
  • Manage a client book, support financial plan implementations, and coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly, build relationships, and utilize interpersonal skills with advisors and clients.
  • Efficiently manage time and resources to add value and excellence for clients.
  • All required licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days of start date.
Educational Requirements
  • University degree preferred.
Work Experience
  • 2+ years required; 3+ years preferred in financial services.
FINRA Registrations
  • Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Life and Health Insurance license (resident state). Multiple issuers required within 120 days.
Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary work.
Required
  • 2+ years financial services experience.
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65), and Life and Health Insurance License completed within 120 days of start date.
Preferred
  • 3+ years financial services experience.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) completed.
  • Life and Health Insurance License completed.
