- Prepare recurring financial reports and performance metrics, identifying key drivers, trends, and variances versus plan and prior year
- Support the preparation of financial presentations and supporting analyses for quarterly earnings, Board of Directors meetings, and other executive reviews
- Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, coordinating inputs across finance teams
- Support cash flow and working capital analysis
- Build and maintain financial models and perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve data questions and improve reporting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and working with large datasets
- Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and explain key financial drivers
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Power Point
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
- Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed during key reporting and planning periods
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial modeling
- Experience with SAP, Planning Analytics, or other financial planning and reporting systems
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Experience in a multinational organization or the consumer packaged goods industry
