Accounts Payable Specialist

At Pfizer the finance team is small enough that your Accounts Payable Specialist fingerprints land on Frisco's biggest decisions. The appeal is layered — $56,000 - $83,000, a full-time rhythm, finance ownership, and a Pfizer crew that backs bold calls.

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for Pfizer
• Manage fixed-asset schedules, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking
• Walk auditors through documentation so clean it answers itself
• Keep the audit trail so oddball-friendly that questions answer themselves
• Keep the fixed-asset register current as equipment moves through Frisco, TX
• Keep depreciation schedules synced as assets retire across Frisco

• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• Hands-on experience with modern Empathy workflows and tooling
• Real curiosity about why Pfizer customers do what they do

We built Pfizer in Frisco, TX to give finance teams the flat-and-fast tools they actually deserve. Psychological safety is something we actively build, so disagreeing in good faith is encouraged.
