Our spa is looking for a 3+ year experienced Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about esthetics and detail oriented on products and skin types/conditions to join the team at Culture A Day Spa in Frisco, TX. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact with a fast-growing company.

• 3+ years of hands on facial experience (outside of school/training) is required.
• Must have a valid Esthetician license in the state of Texas
• Available to work Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong facial skills that include detailed skin analysis, able to treat acne, dry skin, fine lines and pigmentation.
• Ability to perform facial, scalp, shoulder and arm massage required. Experience on face and body waxing required.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on skincare and ability to recommend and sell in house product lines.
• Ability to build and maintain a clientele
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Desire to learn new techniques and follow spa protocols and guidelines
• All employees must maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance as set by spa guidelines

Job responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:

• Analyze, consult and recommend the proper facial, waxing or body treatment
• Follow and implement thorough protocols
• Recommend proper home care products to clients
• Build and maintain a consistent clientele
