The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for an assigned brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education with counter operations, vendor partnerships, and event coordination.
Responsibilities- Apply makeup, analyze skincare needs, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
