What you'll do

• Perform facial treatments following Fizz Flow protocol
• Educate clients on skin health and recommend home-care products
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience every visit
• Help grow membership through great facials and personalized treatment plans that keep clients coming back
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready between appointments
• Stay current on new treatments, products, and protocols through ongoing training

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license (required)
• A love for a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
• Strong client-service and communication skills
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
