• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
• Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Our Little Elm clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, offering personalized, evidence-based care to improve patient function and independence. • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify impairments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans, home programs, and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
