Requirements- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Current Texas SLPA licensure
- 6 months of full‑time clinical experience
- Pediatrics experience
- Home Health experience preferred
- Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in the patient’s home or daytime facility
- Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP according to Texas board guidelines
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient
- Plans for care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and joining professional organizations
- Enhances speech therapy reputation by accepting ownership for new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
