Behavioral Innovations is hiring entry‑level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives.

• Provide 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months‑10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment

Hourly Pay:

• Entry Level: $15.00/hr
• RBT I–V: $16.00–$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not already certified)

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
