Are you an experienced A/R Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!
Daily Responsibilities:
Requests additional information from Patients, Medical Records, and others upon request from payers. Reviews contracts and identify billing or coding issues and request re-bills, secondary billing, or corrected bills as needed. Updates Plan IDs and Patient/Payor demographic information; posts notes and memos to accounts; identify payor issues and trends; and solve recoup issues. Returns accounts to Appeal Writers for next level appeals as needed.

Requirements:
Must have High School diploma/GED at minimum required. Positive attitude & customer service experience. Have to have AT LEAST 1 year AR/Collection experience
- Hospital collections and billing. Understanding of ICD-9, HCPCS/CPT coding and medical terminology. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills.
Hours for this Position: M-F: 8a-4:30pm
