* What You Will Do:

*** Lead the Lobby Bar’s daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused beverage service.
* Develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage pairings in collaboration with culinary partners.
* Oversee inventory and purchasing, maintaining quality while managing costs effectively.
* Train and coach bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
* Drive beverage revenue by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing creative sales strategies.
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Proven experience in a high-end bar or beverage supervisor role—this ensures confidence in managing upscale service and premium offerings.
* Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options—critical for curating memorable guest experiences.
* Serv Safe and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to certify within 60 days)—ensures responsible service and compliance.
* Ability to multitask, lift up to 50 lbs, and work on your feet or outdoors for the full shift—essential for supporting high-volume operations.
* Experience with Micros POS system is a plus—streamlines operations and enhances accuracy.
