POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Cloud Consultant to lead and execute full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud for our diverse client base. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex business needs into elegant, scalable, and effective technical solutions that drive client revenue and operational efficiency. This is a crucial role that blends deep technical expertise with business acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Consulting & Analysis: Conduct client workshops, gather detailed business requirements, and analyze current sales processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Design and document high-quality, scalable Sales Cloud solutions, including data models, process flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow, Process Builder, and Flow.
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the hands‑on configuration, customization, and implementation of Sales Cloud, ensuring solutions align with best practices and client objectives.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, scope, and client expectations throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and post‑launch support.
- Adoption & Training: Develop and deliver training materials for end‑users and administrators to ensure high adoption rates and user proficiency.
- Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance on integrating Sales Cloud with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation) and advise on data migration strategies.
- Pre‑Sales Support: Assist the sales team with scoping, effort estimation, and presenting solutions to prospective clients as needed.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and consulting on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead multiple full‑lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to non‑technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with CPQ (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, other platforms).
- Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Prior experience working in a startup or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques.
$120,000 - $130,000 a year
