Vice President, Marketing Technology and Enablement (VP, Mar Tech)
Job Overview: KDP is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our Vice President of Marketing Technology and Enablement (VP, Mar Tech). As the leader of this new function, you will partner closely with Technology leadership to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing technology strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive data-driven decision-making, and optimize the performance of our marketing initiatives.
This role is instrumental in shaping the future of marketing operations, blending creativity with cutting-edge technology. Additionally, you will help develop processes and systems to facilitate key marketing initiatives.
- Technology Strategy Development:
Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances marketing capabilities. - Technology Implementation and Management:
Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. - Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize advanced data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. - Team Leadership:
Develop and lead a team of marketing technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and commercial, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing technology initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in marketing technology or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
