We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Data Engineer to join our data team. In this role, you will assist in building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from different sources, and ensuring that our data systems are reliable and accessible.

• Support the development and maintenance of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Assist in building scalable data pipelines to move and transform data.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data from internal and external sources.
• Help ensure data quality and integrity across different systems.
• Collaborate with senior data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements.
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot basic data issues.
• Maintain documentation for data processes and flows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Internship experience or academic projects related to data processing, databases, or software development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, SQL Server).
• Exposure to Python or another scripting/programming language.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and data integration tools is a bonus (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Knowledge of version control (Git/Git Hub).
• Experience with basic data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Understanding of APIs and data ingestion from web sources.
