As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will oversee project planning, manage the product/platform implementation and customer enhancements. You will be responsible for all phases of software product delivery, including interacting with clients to gather requirements, working with business analysts to create a requirements definition and solution design, and working with team leads to complete projects on time and with the highest quality.
You will coordinate with various departments of the client’s IT and business teams for implementation and rollout of the product, support production‑related issues, and resolve them quickly to minimize business impacts. You act as the key advocate and trusted advisor for your customers and guide them throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with Stra Viso.
- Be main point of contact to clients for any project‑related aspects.
- Lead, coordinate and execute project development and change management activities with clients and internal team members.
- Review technical and functional requirements, verify technical feasibilities, identify impacts and risks, and guide client and internal personnel on better approaches for on‑time and high‑quality deliverables.
- Ensure on‑time, high quality and within‑budget delivery of the project and change management.
- Create comprehensive project plan to meet customer business needs and company goals.
- Prepare Project Charter and Status report, and share with management and client.
- Participate in client PI Planning activities, keep JIRA and other project management tools up to date for user stories, defects, tickets and enhancements; verify technical aspects, API connectivity and request‑response structures; create impact analysis of changes; demo product enhancements to clients and obtain feedback/approvals before production implementation; work with clients on successful rollout to users.
- BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
- Proven work experience as a Technical Lead / Technical Project Manager for software platforms
- Hands‑on experience in managing various technical and non‑technical aspects of software delivery
- 8+ years of progressive experience in SDLC and software change management
- Technical knowledge of programming languages including Java, REST, PHP, mobile (Android, iOS), etc.
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies
- Understanding of AI/ML, ETL, data management, and data governance
- Experience with telecom B/OSS systems is an added advantage
- Experience driving mobility platforms and field services is an added advantage
Experience:
Customer Success, Project Management, Solutioning – 10 years (Preferred)
