Digital Marketing Coordinator – Grace Bridge
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage our online marketing efforts supporting all marketing initiatives. The Coordinator will develop and implement campaigns for social media and any other relevant platforms, including emails and newsletters while tracking performance and recommending data-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a social media presence across all digital channels for Grace Bridge, Master Cares, and Grace Bridge Resale stores to increase awareness and grow our donor/volunteer base.
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok as relevant).
- Write and edit digital content including social posts, blog articles, email copy, website, and basic ad copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement; elevate issues or opportunities as needed.
- Build and send email campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Manage and segment email lists to improve open and click-through rates.
- Update website content, landing pages, and basic site elements using Squarespace.
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Resale, Distribution & Services, Sponsor ships, Master Cares, etc.) to align digital efforts with organizational priorities.
- Assist with website edits and content as needed.
- Editing marketing material as needed.
- Ensure brand voices, visuals, and messaging are consistent across all digital touchpoints.
- Videography and photography materials and posts as needed.
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field. (BA preferred)
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
- Graphic design and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of market and analytic research.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Canva or Adobe Create Suite, Facebook, Instagram.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, or Adobe a plus.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
