- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in Apex, LWC, triggers, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, enforce quality standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g.,Platform Developer II, Application Architect) preferred; strong leadership and communication skills required.
