Position: Technical Intune Architect/ SME
Exp:

Job Description:Responsible for assessment of current Intune infrastructure, integrations, and requirements.Solution design with transformation of current WS1 to target Microsoft Intune mappings of Groups, Policies, Profiles, applications, device restrictions, Enrolment profiles.Collaborate with all the SMEs (WS1, Okta, AAD, Aruba Clear Pass application owners, etc.) on detailed assessment analysis and work with Food and Beverage SMEs/Stakeholders in design discussions and decisions.Create design, build/configuration documents.Spark sessions with SMEs for validations for design strategy and design signoff.Create test plans for various mobile device platforms and device ownerships. Validate with SMEs and freeze the test cases.Configure all compatible applications in Intune (Internal Apps, Public Apps, and iOS VPP Apps).Configure Intune UAT environment with the configurations / Integrations as agreed during the design.Perform tests with various use cases of migration from WS1 and also new enrolments in Intune.Validate all the Configurations in test devices and confirm with SMEs.Document the results, update the issues tracker, and sign off on testing.Work with Project managers to create a Change request by following the existing change management process.Configure Production environment along with integrations as per agreed design along with dependant device platforms configurations of Apple ABM, Android Enterprise, Samsung KNOX.Pilot testing for the end-users supports users during the transformation.Resolve any issues identified during the pilot phase, update the issues tracker.Identify any issues/challenges/risks for any sectors migration and plan the migration accordingly.Create SOPs and KB articles for end users and support teams.Track and create known issues and resolution.Work with OEMs for issues, product bugs, etc.Participate in overall migration planning, schedules in all the phases of POC, pilot and production rollouts.Enable BAU Support teams with KT and handover documentation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
