Test Data Management (TDM) Specialist with deep hands‑on experience in Samson and related billing ecosystem databases. This individual will extract, transform, and load (ETL) customer and billing data from complex Oracle-based production systems into controlled non‑production environments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability across all testing cycles. The role requires strong expertise in
database technologies, regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, U.S. Government Customer Data), and secure data handling practices to protect sensitive information while supporting continuous integration and testing.

• Lead test data extraction, subsetting, and migration from Customer Database and related ancillary systems.
• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and masking.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, and U.S. Government Customer Data handling standards.
• Design and implement repeatable, auditable data provisioning processes for non-production environments.
• Apply robust data masking, encryption, and synthetic data generation strategies.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Info Sec, and Governance teams to validate adherence to corporate and regulatory standards.
• Use and optimize TDM/ETL tools (Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, or custom SQL/Python frameworks).
• Document lineage, metadata, and audit trails for all data provisioning activities.
• Contribute to database performance optimization and schema alignment.
• Support root cause analysis related to data discrepancies across environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Test Data Management or ETL development for large
  enterprise systems.
• Direct experience with Telecom Billing Systems Customer Database and related billing data stores.
• Advanced expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data extraction from complex schemas.
• Proficiency in TDM/ETL tools such as Informatica TDM, Delphix, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of SOX, PCI‑DSS, and U.S. Government Customer Data handling compliance requirements.
• Experience implementing data masking, anonymization, and encryption strategies.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting, Python, or automation tools for ETL and validation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills.
