The Technical Operations Analyst II will work closely with Field Engineers, Vendors, and Customers to resolve technical issues with ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) across the U.S. This role is essential to improving ATM productivity and ensuring high‑level equipment support.

• Provide technical phone support to Field Engineers, Vendors, and Internal/External Customers.
• Participate in after‑hours support defined by portfolio needs, including weekends.
• Create technical documentation or instructions that clearly convey a process as required to support projects affecting assigned portfolios.
• Act as a liaison between technical support, operations, ATM Solutions, and NCR GURU teams.
• Review ATM status on assigned portfolios and remotely resolve issues as required.
• Dispatch and follow up when an ATM cannot be remotely resolved.
• Communicate with internal and external customers on ATM availability.
• Perform daily Inactivity process and recovery.
• Provide intermediate communications support (LAN, Dial, CDMA).
• Support any and all projects that affect assigned portfolios.
• Provide advanced functionality ATM support to other operational teams.
• Understand and communicate complex and technical information clearly and concisely, adjusting language and terminology to the needs of the customer (internal and external) in a professional manner.
• Provide escalation support on any ATM that has extended downtime.
• Deliver efficient productivity and superior quality service while working in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical certifications a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with NCR Full Functions ATMs required.
• 2+ years working with all systems involved a plus.
• Solid independent decision‑making skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows XP operating systems. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background and drug screening tests.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
