• Lead a team of Product Success Managers to drive customer engagement and measurable outcomes
• Develop and deliver Customer Success Plans and executive business reviews for assigned customers
• Serve as a product expert in various settings, including industry conferences and webinars
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as an escalation point for customer issues and advocate for customer needs

• 3+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise or strategic accounts
• Hands‑on experience with Gainsight, Gong, Salesforce, or similar CS/CRM platforms
• Understanding of legal technology and workflows, with experience in the legal sector preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or J.D. is a plus

• Experience in Business, Law, Computer Science, Consulting, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Functional/technical skills in GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering
• Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to travel 25%
